Age requirement
Senso is only for people aged 13 or older. Guest access requires the explicit statement “I am 13 or older.” We do not ask for a date of birth. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 supplied data.
Data and purposes
Depending on use, we process profile choices, emotions and intensity, diary content, practices, check-ins, progress, account email and technical identity, subscription and entitlement state, legal acceptance, security records, and crash diagnostics including app/device state. We use these data to provide and personalize requested features, authenticate and sync registered accounts, operate subscriptions, secure and troubleshoot Senso, meet legal obligations, answer rights requests, and measure coarse product-flow performance. The applicable basis may be service performance, legitimate interests in secure and effective operation, legal obligation, or consent where requested.
Guest access: 90 days
Guest cloud access is disabled exactly 90 days after the anonymous Firebase Authentication identity was originally created, even if attestation happens later. Automatic physical deletion is not enabled in this release. Inaccessible guest cloud records and the Firebase Authentication technical record may remain until Senso provides a safe deletion process or completes a verified deletion request. Registered accounts and analytics
Creating or linking an account before guest expiry preserves the registered account and its data. Registered accounts with current legal acceptance use mandatory minimal product analytics without an in-app opt-out: coarse check-in/practice milestones, approved response categories, schema version, and server timestamp, retained no more than 90 days. It excludes account, device, app-instance, session and advertising identifiers, precise emotion, content, profile fields, email, and name. Firebase Analytics is disabled.
Processors
Google Firebase provides Authentication, Firestore, callable processing, Hosting, and Crashlytics. Crashlytics may process crash diagnostics and app/device state; Senso assigns a Firebase UID only for registered users, not guests. RevenueCat processes the registered Firebase UID as App User ID plus purchase, entitlement, and subscription state. Apple and Google process store transactions. Providers act under their terms and applicable processing arrangements. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention limits
Registered application data is kept while the account is active and until deletion completes or another stated limit applies. Device-local data may remain until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Provider security, fraud, diagnostic, transaction, and operational logs follow limited provider or legal retention. Deleted cloud data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until rotation and is not restored to active service except for disaster recovery. Required tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal-claim records may be retained.
Your rights and deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, or processing information and may complain to a competent authority. Registered users can export data and request account deletion in the app after recent authentication. Guest access expires as described above, but physical deletion is not automatic in this release; contact us for a verified deletion request. We may request reasonable verification without collecting unnecessary data. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Email sensooriginapp@gmail.com.
Security, transfers, and changes
We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Processors may handle data outside your country under applicable transfer safeguards. We will present material policy changes in the app or another appropriate channel; a new legal version may require renewed acceptance or guest attestation.
